- Start doing your daily chores consciously with full concentration and attention.
- Even the smallest of small chores should receive total attention.
- During the process, your attention keep deviating from the works you are doing, that is natural.

- Also initially, negative thoughts will disturb you while doing your daily chores attentively. But continue your efforts to do things consciously

- Do the works to perfection … like nicely folding clothes, making bed, drying clothes, etc,

- Emotional arguments, disturbing news, etc. would also pester you sometimes. However, repeatedly bring back yourself to do your works consciously. Then you will observe that you will come out of such upset situations faster than normal.
